Top Shelf Mixology Mixers

We are happy to announce that we are now offering our ever popular Mixology courses to you the public. We have spent the last five years, putting on Mixology Networking courses for corporations and other businesses in town. During this time we have honed our skills at putting together a fun, interactive, and yet still educational experience. We are now ready to share this experience with you.

Currently we are going to be holding 2 classes per month. On a Saturday night from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm in a location in downtown Santa Barbara. The classes are an amazing way to start your evening downtown, while learning great drink recipes and making new friends. There are only 30 seats per evening, space is limmitted. Each guest will get to be part of the following Mixology course. Each class we will cover 4 different cocktails. As seasons change we will be teaching cocktails appropriate for the time.


           
                         Four of a Kind


We will choose 4 drinks from our list of the most popular cocktails  ordered. Top Shelf will supply everything needed for you to learn how to make all four cocktails. Each table will have its own station where you will follow specific directions and recipes. Once you have mastered the four cocktails of the evening, the final challenge will be for each group to come up with their own original cocktail from the ingredients available. To make it interesting we always bring a few extra flavors, fruits and random ingredients to try. The final cocktails will be judged based upon: taste, appearance, creativity, and name. The winning group will be awarded a bottle of wine per person at the table.

* All classes include finger foods to snack upon while mixing up your creations.
